DolomiaGo provides licensed professional drivers, a modern and clean vehicle, and insurance coverage included (chauffeur service liability insurance). In addition, professionalism is ensured through regular inspections: private driver (chauffeur) services are subject to checks by local authorities and traffic police, aimed at verifying compliance with regulations, the validity of licenses, and the proper execution of the service.

Booking can be made by phone, or you can first fill out the form to provide the basic details such as date, time, number of passengers, amount of luggage, and pick-up and drop-off locations. To confirm the ride, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. Without payment, the booking will not be considered valid.

Yes. DolomiaGo operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays and nighttime hours.

Yes. We accept sports equipment and bulky luggage. Any additional charges are included in the initial quote.

The price is variable and includes taxes, tolls, and fuel. However, there are no hidden costs, as everything is clearly communicated during the booking call, including any possible extra charges such as waiting time for delays or flight monitoring.

Changes to the departure time or location must be communicated promptly; free cancellations are generally allowed up to 5 hours before the scheduled service.

On board: cash or card (POS terminal). For advance bookings: bank transfer (a 50% deposit of the total amount must be received before the service). The remaining balance may be requested before departure for destinations where the POS terminal might not work (e.g. mountain lodges).
